EQ-HP-6T is a small pellet press with programmable split furnace, which can apply up to 6 metric tons to the sample at max.1000 ºC. ( Pressure gauge < 10 MP) It is ideal press for preparing ceramic , composite and polymer material sample with higher density.

•Note : Normal steel dies listed on our website only can work under 250 ºC •Optional : You may use the pressing die and pushing rod which are made of graphite or ceramic materials to press sample at high temperature •Please pay attention for max. working pressure on your die. Never go beyond the die's max. pressure limit at given temperature, otherwise, the die may be deformed or cracked •The pressure applied to the die can be estimated as the below :
○ ( Gauge Pressure x 0.38 ) / (D) , ○ ( D is die 's diameter in CM, , pressure unit is T/cm2 ) ○ For example, die's diameter is 2 cm, pressure shown on gauge is 10 MP, then pressure applied to the die is 1.9 T/cm2 e.g 1900 Kg/cm2, 190 MP
