BST8-WA is an eight-channel battery analyzer to analyze small coin cells and cylindrical batteries from 0.002 mA to 1 mA, up to 5V. Each channel of the analyzer has independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, which can be programmed and controlled by computer software. This system provides most applications in battery testing fields such as electrode materials research, battery performance test, small-scale battery formation, capability grading, battery pack testing and etc. Brand new laptop with MS Window 8, MS Excel 2013 and latest version testing software are installed and calibrated for immediate use (Upto 20 sets of analyzers can be simultaneously controlled by one PC).

Test Reports and Curves for analysis
•Different types of curves can be created by software base on user definition. (Voltage-time curve, current-time curve, capacity-voltage curve, loops times-charge/discharge capacity curve, loops times-charge/ discharge efficiency curve, etc) •Forms of data are created by software. User can easily compare the performance of the batteries tested in channels both visually and statistically
Protection and Auto-recover
If power failure occurs during testing, the system will shutdown all operating channels. Once power is recovered, the system will automatically resume those stopped channels and ensure that the test is normally conducted, so that no cases will lose any data.
Battery Holders
Three types of battery holders are included in the BST8-WA standard package:

•New buyers must buy the software-installed laptop to avoid trouble from installation. If you like to run multiple battery analyzers on one Laptop, you can just buy multiple analyzers with one laptop which is offered at a discounted price. (The laptop will cost if sold independently) • will be deducted if one analyzer is purchased without laptop. •Customer can easily combine up to 20 battery analyzers (0.002 - 1 mA, 0.1 - 10 mA, 6 mA - 3000 mA) by using normal Ethernet cable connector via one computer. •You may order MTI's movable rack to organize the battery analyzers (click the first picture below for more information) •You may order internal resistance tester to measure DC resistivity (click the second and third picture below for more information)
