EQ-SPG-6VMS is a vacuumable levitation melting system for exploring new generation metallic alloy. Such advanced system equips with 6KW ultra high frequency induction heater and special developed helical conical coil to suspend conductive metals up to 10g, such as Al, Mg, and Cu, etc. The metal is then melted by magnetic vortex within a vacuum sealed quartz tube. Conductive workpiece is levitated, melted & untouched by the crucible during the process, and thus reduce the contamination to the minimum. Vacuum pump and recirculating water chiller is included for immediate use.

Vacuum pump
