Control Unit
 
| - 6" color touchscreen control panel for setting and display the parameters, such as Crushing Force, Dwell Motion, Time, Crushing Deformation and Voltage Change.
- Deformation sensor accuracy: +/- 0.1mm
- Voltage sensor accuracy: +/- 1.0 mV
- Once the parameter setup on the touchscreen, a wireless hand-held remote controller will operate the machine within 10 meters distance for the safest operation

Venting
| - Two pressure release doors are built in the back of the machine. The door will open in the case battery exploded to release pressure and smoke.( Pic 1)
- 100 mm dia venting port with the metallic fan in the back of the chamber to connect an exhaust system at the customer site. (Connecting tube and exhaust system are not included, Pic2 ), and keep venting gas from inside the chamber.
- Warning: Must keep venting fan and exhaust system running during battery testing to ensure chamber pressure not build up in the case battery explode.
- Centrifugal in-line exhaust fan with aluminum flex duct connection is recommended. (Click pic3-4 below to read detail)
