MSK-SFM-65 is a compact three roll mill, capable of homogenizing, grinding, or dispersing viscous slurry or paste. High viscosity slurry or paste can be quickly sheared, pressed and impacted down to idea thickness by extreme high centrifugal forces of rotating rolls.
The compact body permits the use in a limit space in laboratory. Three rollers are made of zirconia, offering hard, smooth and chemical resistant surfaces. Cooling water can be pumped into three rolls to remain the temperature of roller surface, preventing the slurry or paste being oxidized while processing. Roller spacing is adjusted manually with quick engagement mechanism by the use of four hand wheels. Two additional hand wheels are placed on the top, allowing to adjust width of slurry or paste.
