Furnaces for High-Temperature Corrosion Research

High-temperature corrosion is a mechanism of corrosion that takes place in gas turbines, diesel engines, furnaces or other machinery coming in contact with hot gas containing certain contaminants.  These liquid melted salts are strongly corrosive for stainless steel and other alloys normally inert against the corrosion and high temperatures. Other high-temperature corrosions include high-temperature oxidation, sulfidation and carbonization.    MTI provide PTFE valve, flange and gas mixer component for researcher DIY  corrosion testing system and also customizes various tube furnaces to simulates corrosion condition for researchers.  If you have any need for the furnace of hot corrosion research .  Please feel free to contact us.  Click picture below to learn how to DIY a corrosion furnace
