This is a pair of sealing flanges made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) for 80 mm diameter processing tube. It is ideal for working with CVD gases that are corrosive to stainless steel. •Made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) with double high temperature silicon O-rings on flange. •Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" pipe adaptor. •The assembly kit will seal one end of 80 - 82 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. •Vacuum pressure can reach 10-5 torr with suitable pump.

Note
A thermal block must be placed in the end of furnace to reduce heat radiation, otherwise the PTFE flange may melt off if furnace temperature is higher than 500 ºC.
