YLJ-HP300E is a 200°C Max. 40T lamination hot press with an electric hydraulic pump. The temperatures of the heated platens are controlled by two digital temperature controllers separately up to 200°C. The platens (300 x 300 mm area) are made of harden Cr12MoV alloy with a flat surface. Water cooling jackets are installed on the heating platens that allow the heated platens to get faster cooling. It is an excellent tool for preparing polymer and ceramic samples.

Water Cooling Jacket


  • Two water cooling jackets are built on the back of the top and bottom heating plate separately with 1/4" water pipe connectors. Such a configuration allows you to cool the sample as soon as the hot pressing process is completed. 
  • One recirculating water chiller is required but not included in the standard package.
    Both the KJ5000 water chiller and the KJ5300 water chiller would be suitable for the operation.

  • Two digital controllers are installed in one box with 30 segments programmable and auto-tune function
  • Temperature accuracy ±2°C
  • The PC software is included for setting up the temperature profile and data logging.
  • Note: The PC software for setting up the temperature and the pressure are two different software, but both controllers can be connected to a single PC and both software can be run at the same time.

    Application Note
  • The Hot Press can be placed inside of a glovebox and a temperature controller and the pump will be put outside of the glovebox (Pic. 1)
