Operation Procedures for controlling tube furnace pressure
•Install one solenoid valve to one end of tube flange, then connect valve to inlet gas tank ( 1/4" I.D rubber hose required ) •Install another solenoid valve to another end of tube flange, then connect the valve to vacuum pump •Install pressure transducer to tube flange •Plug all connector to control box, and plug control box to 110VAC ( or 220VAC ) power source. •Set pressure low limit and high limit on digital controller •Then, tube furnace will keep pressure with desired range accurately
