This is a pair of hinged vacuum sealing assembly with flange support for 80mm vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of OD 80-81 mm tube without any welding and gluing.
SPECIFICATIONS
Structure
•Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304) with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flange •Openable flange is designed for sample easily loading / unloading •Delicate metal support allows for both vertical and horizontal adjustment (Details please click the picture left)
•Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. •Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. •Installation requires you to drill holes on the furance casing and mount the flange support (Details about the installation please click the picture left)
Descriptions
•One end flange has a barbed needle valve and1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple insert, and Mechanical Pressure Gauge. •Another end flange has a KF25 port with barbed needle valve. You may need KFD25 angle valve before connect the vacuum port to vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at related product below. •Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. •1/4" in diameter barbed fitting can be connected with 1/4" rubber hose. •Designed for MTI OTF-1200X Desk-top Quartz Tube Furnace.
Notes
Must put a refractory tube block inside the tube (see picture left) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You can order a ceramic block in related products.
