MSK-T-09 this high-quality disc cutter set features tools made of hardened and tempered, shock-resistant tool steel with precision-ground surfaces. It is designed for cutting round discs and rings from metal sheets up to 1.29 mm in thickness (such as Cu and Al). A spring-loaded die plate allows you to easily open and close according to the thickness being punched.
This set includes a cutter tool, 10 dies, and a strong rubber base (5-7/8" Dia) that conveniently holds the cutter, dies, and an Allen wrench. SPECIFICATIONS:

10 cutting dies are included for immediate use. Please choose Metric or Inch from the optional bar
A set of positioning dies are included for you to cut out the metal rings.
Cutting Thickness
This disc cutter is suitable for punching soft gold, silver, copper, and brass in thicknesses up to 1.29mm. Note： It is not suitable for cutting thin electrode sheets or plastic film, such as the separator of battery

Application Notes
It is suggested to use a urethane square (1/16" thick, 95 durometer, not included) under the cutters as a support as you cut; the urethane absorbs the energy of the hammer blow, protecting the cutters and the work surface and ensuring a clean, sharp cut.
