Vacuum Chambers
| - Two vacuum chambers with openable glass doors and 80 mm mm flanges are included for connecting to MTI 80 - 100 mm OD tube furnace. ( Furnace is not included )
- The reeling rollers for a substrate in and out are located inside the vacuum chamber
- The digital reeling speed controller is included.
- Reeling speed for the substrate is adjustable from 1- 400mm/min
- Max. movable substrate: 65 mm Width for 80mm OD tube
- One roll of copper foil with 65 mm width and 0.025 mm thick ( ~5 kg) is included for customer practice.
- 100mm OD tube is available upon request, which can feeding substrate with max. width 80 mm

Speed and Tension Control | - Reeling speed for the substrate is adjustable from 1- 400mm/min
- Tension force is adjustable with 0.002N accuracy
- Control software and USB port are included to connect an optional Laptop computer for digital control.

Vacuum and Atmosphere | - Kf25 vacuum port is builtin the left chamber.
- Gas inlet and outlet with valves are installed in both chamber and flange
- Vacuum level: 10 -2 torr by mechanical pump and 10- 4 turbopump

Application Notes | - It is designed for growing graphene film on the Cu foil via roll to roll with MTI tube furnace. ( Pease below video to see an example)
- Also, it can be used to recrystallize metallic foil or wire to grow single crystal by the solid method.
