Normal Working Pressure Range | - • 0 ~ 30 Metric Tons (0-30Mpa in gauge)
|
Gauge Pressure Value to Force Conversion
| • Displayed Pressure Value to Actual Applied Force Conversion: 1 MPa = 1Ton- • The actual force applied on the Hydraulic Cylinder (Ton) equal to the force applied on your working
piece - • For calculating the actual pressure (MPa) applied on your working piece, please follow the
equations in below: - • P = T x g x 10/ (πr^2)
- º P: Pressure (MPa) applied on your working piece
- º T: Force (Ton) applied to the Hydraulic Cylinder
- º g: Standard gravity. g ≈ 9.8 m/s2
- º π: ~3.14
- º r: Radius (cm) of the working piece

Power | • Universal Power Adapter 100-240 VAC 120 W (UL Certified)
- • 24 V, 90 W DC Motor
|
Electric Hydraulic Pump and Digital Pressure Controller | • Pressure controller with digital display (0.1 Ton accuracy)- • Two Modes of pressure control
- º Pressure load will stop when the pressure reaches the pre-setting point
- º Automatic pressure maintaining with "Pressure Maintaining" Mode

Pressing Dies | • Pressing dies with various diameters are available upon request at extra cost (Click the picture below to order)
|
Warranty | • The pressing machine was quality inspected in the US. Lifetime support is provided- • One year limited standard warranty (Extended warranty is available up to 5 years at extra cost)
|
Compliance | • CE Certified- • NRTL or CSA Certification is available upon request at extra cost
|
Application Notes | • Check the Oil Level regularly using the included oil dipstick. Add AW 46 Hydraulic Oil if the Oil Level when low.
- • The pressing die cannot be used for pressing powder with the particle size < 30 microns. Small
particles may slip into the gap between the pressing rod and the sleeve, and cause damages to the sleeve during the compression. Ball mill and sieve the powder with 200 - 450 mesh (30 ~ 80 microns). Apply only the power within this range to avoid the damages. Please consider using the 3'' Dia. Sieve Set No.200&450 Mesh (Click the picture below to order) to separate the 30 ~ 80 microns particles from the powder clumps. Please clean the mold using ethanol after each use
- • Do not raise the bottom cylinder (piston) more than it's maximum traveling distance. (20 mm)
- • Caution: Operator must always wear protection goggles during operation!
- • Operating the press inside a glove box is not recommended
