This is a pair of sealing flange made of polyfluortetraethylene(PTFE)for 60mm O.D processing tubes. If CVD gases are considered to be corrosive to stainless steel, we highly recommend you to use PTFE flange assembly:
Configuration of Left Flange:
• Polyfluortetraethylene(PTFE) madeflange interior(only the flange interior will expose to the reaction chamber);
• High profile silicon O-Rings(2 pcs)can withstand temperature upto 250°C;

Note: Max. working temperature of the flange set is 250°C, youmust usethermal blocksto establish a thermal barrier and reduce heat radiation. Otherwise, PTFE flange set can be melted if furnace temperature gets higher than 500°C.
