This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for a vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of OD 80-81 mm tube without any welding and gluing.
• Left side flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple inserted and 1/8 NPS valve with installed Mechanical Pressure Gauge. (if you need Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge ,please choose from product option at extra cost . If you don't need vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction )
• Righ side flange has a KF25 port with barbed needle valve. You may needKFD25 angle valvebefore connecting the vacuum port to vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at related product below.
• Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
• 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose.
• Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.

One Mechanical PressureGauge ( Optional: Digital Pressure Gauge), two flanges, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings ( 300oC Max.), and six screws
• Must put a refractory tube block in front of flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products.
• Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
