Application Notes | - One 12V 500mA Dc power and RS232 connector ( 9 pin D connector) is included and ready to use
- You must calibrate "Zero Point" under 10-4 Torr before measuring the vacuum system from 10-4 - 10-3 Torr, otherwise, the gauge may not display accurately in that range. For a detailed calibration procedure, please refer to the operation manual below.
- MTI can help customers finish the "Zero Point" calibration before shipping upon the customer's special request at an extra $100.
- Please consider using the EQ-PGC-554-LD for corrosive gases.
