MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as the replacement part for high-temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national
 labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.

return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. All tubes are not refundable, not exchangeable, nor covered under the warranty

Application Notes

  •      •      For vacuum sealing, please choose vacuum flanges at the related products below
  •      •  This quartz tube is excellent for our GSL-1000X-20-LD tube furnace and DIY tube furnace
             below 1200°    C
  •      •  Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
  •      •  The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal
             shocks to the tube
  •      •  Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02
             MPa
  •      •  In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry sample,
            instead of loading sample directly inside the tube,  please click the picture below to order
