This is a one-end-closed quartz tube, a replacement tube for EQ-CCF-50 that is designed for Ultra-high vacuum application upto 10e-6 torr via turbopump.

Since Nov 10, 2016, we no longer accept return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. All tubes are not refundable, not exchangeable, nor covered under the warranty (Consumables). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check the package for damages before accepting the delivery. SPECIFICATIONS


Quartz Tube


  •      •  OD:        50mm ±0.5mm (1.97")
  •      •  ID:          44mm ±0.5mm (1.73")
  •      •  Length:   263 mm
  •      •  One end with flat end
  •      •  One end is closed as picture left
  •      •  Max. working temperature 1200C ( the quartz thermal radiation block must be used)


Application Notes

Ceramic Crucibles ( Alumina, Quartz and Zirconia etc )

  •      •  Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
  •      •  Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and Max.positive  pressure must be < 0.2
            bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
  •      •  For using the tube flange kit at high temperature >500C,  the quartz thermal radiation block
            shall be used.
  •      •  In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample,
            instead of loading sample directly inside the tube, please click the picture below to choose one
