• There are two feedthrough connections, KF-16 and KF-40
KF-16 could be use on NIST Traceable Anti-Corrosive Digital Vacuum Gauge or other similarity , and KF - 40 could be use on any fit in with the feedthrough, such as bellow tube for vacuum pump.

• Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
• Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and Max.positive pressure must be < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
• For using the tube flange kit at high temperature >500C, the quartz thermal radiation block shall be used.
