| - The stainless steel 316 reaction vessel consists of:
- One SS316 processing tube
- One DN80ISO-K top flange with six 1/4" compression tube ports
- One alumina spacer is included for heating insolation and adapting the reaction vessel
- When using the SS316 reaction vessel, the maximum temperature is 800°C, continuous 600°C
- Tube dimension: Ø 76 x Ø 70 x D 290 mm
- Max. Vacuum: 10-6 torr by turbo pump
- Max. positive pressure: 0.2 Mpa ( 2 bar ）

Temperature Controller | - Two digital temperature controller is built-in a separated box with +/- 1ºC accuracy

- Another one is for monitoring furnace running and cut-off power if the furnace overheated
