Processing Tube and flange
| - The quartz tube with one end closed and a flange and valve is inserted into the heating chamber for processing under a vacuum

- One flange with 1/4" gas inlet and needle valve, KF 16 port ( to install a vacuum gauge), and KF 25 port ( to connect to a vacuum pump, as well as KF25 Vacuum Right-Angle Valve are included
