  •  Introduction
  • The EQ-GSL-3Z-103 is an integrated system of three Channel MFC Gas control and ultra High Vacuum molecular pump up to 10E-7 Torr.   The gas control system is designed for control of 1-3 types of gases flowing through vacuum sealed MTI tube furnaces.  It is installed in a heavy duty mobile cart where tube furnace can be placed on the top.  The vacuum system contains a molecular pump and a mechnical pump as backing pump inside the mobile cart.  It utilize the pirani and ion vacuum gauge to measure the vacuum rate and the real time value will be displayed at the front panel.  Such integrated system is an ideal tool to be used with most of MTI's tube furnaces to study gas environmental influence to materials.
