  • This electrode sheet is based on Aluminum foil coated by Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NCM622) on a single side and can be used as the cathode of Li-Ion battery -- 5 sheets /bag

    SPECIFICATIONS

    • Material:  LiNiCoMnO2  （6:2:2)
    • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (16 microns, area desnityof 4.22mg/cm2)
    • Coated Area: 241mm L x 175mm W. The edge width of blank area is 12.5 mm for each side.  
    • Single sides area density: 11 ± 0.20 mg/cm2
    • Compaction density: 2.9 ± 0.1 g/cm3
    • Coating Thickness: ~38 um
    • Total Thickness: ~54 um
    • Active Material Weight: 4.52 g
    • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 97.5% 
    • Specific Capacity: 170 mAh/g [0.1C, 3.0-4.3 V vs Li/Li+, Half Cell] [Electrolyte:1.0M LiPF6 in EC:DMC:EMC=1:1:1 Vol% with 1.0%VC]
    • Note:  The electrode sheet shall be stored in a vacuum box, a vacuum oven or a glove box to avoid degradation.
