Liner with/without Pressing Die

 
The high purity Boron Nitride Liner/Sleeve needs to be used with the 12 mm diameter heatable pressing die for the cold sintering process (CSP) with the applied high electrical field.
  •      •  Size: 0.5" (12 mm) diameter Heatable Dry Pellet Pressing Die;
  •      •  Press and Temperature: the Cold Sintering Process (CSP) of ceramic, Polymer, or ceramic-polymer composite materials for the applications
            such as microwave dielectric materials, solid-state electrolyte, and semiconductor;
  •      •  Dielectric Strength: Suitable for the applied high electrical field

   Attention &
   Warnings

  •      •  For the cold sintering press with the high electrical field experiment, the BN liner could be
            one-time use.

            It is strongly recommended to get the spare liners.
  •      •  Max. working temperature in CSP with the high electrical field is 450°C
  •      •  The BN liners shall be stored in the dry environment inside a sealed container.
  •      •  Never wash the liner with water. Use fine sandpaper or cloth to remove any dirt or residue.
  •      •  Not suitable for the use with Sb2O3, chromium oxide, molybdenum trioxide, arsenic trioxide, titanium
            carbide, high lead glass  glaze, boron phosphate, potassium phosphate, chlorine
