High-Temperature Graphite Pressing Die Set
| • Two built-in graphite supporting rods with Max pressure 50 Mpa
- • One set of 0.5" (inner diameter) graphite die are included for immediate use.
- • Made of high purity graphite by HIP processing, Max. Load from the hydraulic press is dependent
on die 's ID - º 0.5"ID Max. 0.5T ( sample pressure 50 Mpa )
- º 1.0 ID: Max. 3T ( sample pressure 50 Mpa, which is optional)
- • The graphite pressing die is fragile and consumable. Please click on the picture below to order
extra sets. We also provide customized die sets upon customer request at extra cost. - • Mica spacers are used to adjust the height of die sets and insulate heat. Please click on the
picture below to order spares.
- • Note: The maximum pressure range of graphite dies will vary depending on the inner diameter of
the die. For example, the graphite dies with an inner diameter of 0.5" can withstand 0.6 metric tons. For the graphite die with an inner diameter of 1" can withstand 3 metric tons. - • If use high-quality SiC dies, the pressure can reach 100 MPa. Please contact your local supplier
for SiC die that MTI does not supply
