Processing Tube | • Premier grade high purity Al2O3 ceramic tube is included for operation @ 1500C~1800C. (I.D: 44mm x OD: 50 mm x 1200 mm length). Attention: carrier gas flow rate should be strictly controlled @ 100SCCM or less.
- • Mullite tube (I.D: 44mm x OD: 50 mm x 1398 mm length) is included
for continuous operation up to 1500C. Benefits from its high thermal shock resistivity, it can endure a max. carrier gas flows rate @ 200SCCM.

Sealing Flanges & Fittings | • Left sealing flange with 1/4'' feedthrough, needle valve and mechanical pressure gauge. A 1/4'' O.D x 17'' L alumina tube is inserted into the main chamber. It can deliver the aerosol to the hot zone directly. - • Right KF50 quick disconnect flange provides direct coupling for the

Mass Flow Controller

Application Notes
| • Never use graphite crucible in the alumina tube.- • A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas
cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator. - • Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and
a positive pressure condition exists within the furnace chamber. The pressure gauge must be used to closely monitor the chamber condition at all times during the heat - • The flow rate for gases should be limited to < 100 SCCM
