GSL-1100X-S-VTQ is a compact-quenching tube furnace with 2" OD quartz tube up to 1100°C and vacuum sealed flange and quenching tank.  The sample can be placed inside the tube and heated to the desired temperature under vacuum or controlled atmosphere, then tilt the furnace and slide the sample to the quenching tank.  It is an excellent tool to study material phase transition.

             mineral oil for quenching

  •      •  Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit
            the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
