GSL-1800X-60-III is a CE certified and UL ready 60mm OD three zones tube furnace with vacuum sealing flange and 30 mm Dia. quartz window. The center heating zone is 220mm in length, the other two zones are 200mm in length and they are controlled by three precision 30 segments digital temperature controllers independently. All of three zones are heated by Kanthel-1900 grade  MoSi2 elements up to 1800°C. The tube furnace can create a various thermal gradient by adjusting three zones' temperature. It is an excellent furnace designed for studying material 's Raman spectrum under high temperature.  also, can be used for epitaxial film growth by CVD.

            < 0.02 Mpa / 0.2 Bar/ 3 PSI
  •      •  Never use graphite crucible in alumina tube.
  •      •  Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit
           the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
