OTF-1200X-VI-2M-UL is a CE certified & UL Ready Six-zone & ultra-long split tube furnace with separated temperature control units and max working temperature of 1200oC . This six-zone furnace can create step thermal gradient or 60" ( 1500mm ) long  constant heating zone by setting all the temperature controllers at same temperature. The furnace can accept processing tube with various O.D (1" to 4") at extra cost. Six 30-segment temperature controllers are built in a separate control box which allow PC software control of the furnace from a certain distance. It is an excellent furnace to handle various gases.

Heating Zone

  •      • 
    Six independent heating zones: Each heating zone length  300 mm
  •      •  Total zone length: 2000 mm, or 80" in total ( including seperating )

             temperature (within +/- 2 °C)

Temperature Controllers

  •      •  Six PID automatic digital temperature controllers with 30 programmable segments for
             precise heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time control.
  •      •  Built in overheating & broken thermocouple protection.
  •      •  Over temperature protection and alarm are available.
  •      •  +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy for each controller.
  •      •  Six K type thermocouples and one for each zone.
  •      •  With RS485 Communication port and MTS-02 control module, operators can utilize PC to
            control the furnace in distance (< 5 meter)


Tube & Flange

  •      •  One 4" OD x3.62" ID x 100" L  quartz tube and quick clamped flange
  •      •  One pair stainless steel vacuum flange is included with quick assembling flange ( a outside
             clamp for quick installation).
    Left flange with needle valve with 1/4" pipe port for gas inlet and
             one pressure gauge; Right flange with KF 25 port for vacuum pump connection as shown
  •      •  The furnace can accept quartz or mullite tube with 1" - 4" diameter  (Optional)

 Application Notes


  •      •  Tube furnaces with quartz/mullite tube are designed for using under vacuum and low 
  •          pressure <0.2 bar/ 3 psi/ 0.02MPa
  •      •  Attention: A two stage pressure regulator must be installed on gas cylinder to limit
            the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.

  •      •  * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1500°C  
  •      •  The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal
            shocks to the tube
