Airtight Flanges and Sliding
| - 5" Dia. Water cold stainless steel flange with silicone O-ring and valves for airtight heat treatment (Pic. 1)
- Righ side flange will be driven by a dual compressive cylinder for closing or opening via electric valves
- A Digital pressure sensor is built-in to control pressure from 1 Pa to 200 KPa automatically
- Max. the vacuum level is dependent on the vacuum pump.
- One rotary vacuum pump is included, which can reach a 10 Pa vacuum.

- The flange closes/opens
- RJ45 communication port is installed on the front panel to connect to the PC or wireless router to achieve remote control ( PC and router are available upon request at the extra cost )
- PC operation software is included which can support 8 sets of furnace
- Communication code is opened to the existing customer to connect the device to robots for unmanned operation
