Structure & Material
| - Materials:
- Chamber: 1.5 mm thick brushed SS304 with tensile strength > 500 Mpa
- Exterior: 3 mm thickness cold rolled steel with tensile strength > 400 Mpa
- Structure: Two anti-explosion chambers, top and bottom
- Chamber Size: 500mm x 500mm x 500mm (x2)
- Testing Cables: One pair of clamps with 3 meter long cables installed inside on each chamber to connect batteries rated at 30A max.
- Ports: Each chamber has two 2" diameter holes reserved for electric cables of battery testing equipment
- Safety door: The pressure relief door is built on the back of each chamber. In the event of a battery explosion, the door will open and release pressure.
 
 
- Note: The max. capacity of Li-Ion batteries to be tested in the chamber should be limited to 4.2V@ 40Ah for single-cell or 160Wh for battery pack without protection circus

Temperature Controlling | - A spot cooling conditioner and a spot heater are included for controlling the chamber temperature between 23°C - 46°C

 | - A wireless hand-held remote controller can operate the machine within 10 meters distance for safe operation.
