Structure
| - High purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.
- Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.
- Doble layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer surface temperature.
- One 2" or 4" Dia. hole is opened from the top of the chamber with a thermal insulation block
- When used as a tube furnace, a quartz tube with a flange will be inserted into the heating chamber.

Application Notes
| - For a longer service life of the furnace, we recommend to not exceeding the heating rate of 10°C/min.
- The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating
- The heating module is easy to replace. Click pic left to order spare the Heating module for replacement
- If firing material releases vapor or smoke, please place the furnace into a fume hood.
