GSL-1800X-80-UL is a 1800 ºC bench-top tube furnace with Kanthal Super-1900 MoSi2 heating element and UL Listed/Recognized components.

•The Eurotherm 3504 Programmable Temperature Controller provides antomitic PID control and Precision PV measurement, yielding consistently high product quality •Full PID automatic control via TE10A (50A/230V) power controller with phase angle fired, current limiting resistor. •Up to 10 programs (500 segments) programmable for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. •Built-in over temperature alarm and protection allows for operation without attendant. •+/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy. •EIA485 Communication Port is installed ready for PC control.

Premium Grade Alumina Tube
•Premier Grade alumina tube made in USA, ID : 73 mm x OD : 82 mm x 1000 mm length •Two pairs of SS tune support is installed to avoid tube bending under high temperature. (click picture below to see details). •Two fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube (ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating).
Vacuum Sealing Flanges
•One pair of vacuum sealing flanges with double silicone high temperature O-ring is included. •Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with flange for immediate use.
Fitting Ports
•Standard 1/4‘’ Barbed fittings with needle valves. •For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the 304SS 1/4" Swagelok® Tube Fitting, please click underlined to order. •Optional : In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click the underlined to order. •Optional : You may also consider using the parts in below to increase the vaccum effeciency
•50 mtorr can be achieved by mechanical pump •10-5 torr can be reached by molecular pump
